A graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Texas School of Law, Mr. Park is an attorney licensed to practice law in New York, Texas, and all United States District Courts of Texas. He has experience in many areas of litigation including personal injury actions, shareholder suits, commercial and residential real estate disputes, and construction-related matters. He has served as lead counsel on numerous cases in state and federal courts in and around Dallas, Austin, Waco, and Houston, Texas, including a federal suit in the United States District Court, Western District of Texas, in which he successfully defended a Korean defense contractor from claims implicating International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR") and a Dallas state district shareholder action in which he successfully extricated his client from an oppressive majority shareholder. Along with his courtroom experience, he counsels clients on a wide variety of transactions including business buy-sell agreements, real estate purchases, company formations, and trademark prosecutions.

In addition to his legal practice, he is a firm believer in giving back to the community, serving on various scholarship committees and organizations to better the lives of Koreans and Korean Americans in Dallas.
